What to do

The plan has a decision (a question such as "which file gets the new key"), and the command got no answer. This happens with --json, or when stdin is not a terminal.

1. Run the command again with --yes to accept the default answer of each decision.
2. Or run it in a terminal and answer the questions.

Exit code

The CLI exits with code 3.
