What to do

x18n failed to load a plugin from plugins or presets.

1. If the specifier is a package name, install the package in the project.
2. If it is a path, make sure that it is relative to the config file and that the file exists.
3. Make sure that the module exports a plugin, a preset, or a function that returns one.

Exit code

The CLI exits with code 2.
