redundant-translation

A message in a locale with a fallback that equals the message it falls back to, so it can be removed.

The check is on by default, with the severity warning.

Configure

Change the severity, or turn the check off, in checks:

x18n check --only redundant-translation runs this check alone. x18n check --skip redundant-translation skips it for one run.
